Rainy day in May? What the....

So usually it like NEVER rains in Arizona unless it's monsoon season but this year has been a freak of nature! Yesterday it was 108 on my thermometer and the day before it had been 110! Today I wake up to 78? What the monkey is going on here?Well since I've nothing better to do, I'll blog about my week.
Tres freaked out on everyone in my family Saturday because he woke up and found I was MISSING! He seamed awake & alert with eyes open and talking when I told him before I left I was going to the next door neighbor's first communion.
BUT, He was NOT AWAKE!
He called everyone and their dog looking for me! Everyone but the neighbor I was with! LOL!I took some very cute picts! Here's one with her cousin and best friend.
After I called everyone I knew and tell them I was ok, we went swimming and had a BBQ with the neighbors to celebrate. Here's Abby with her Best Friend! And Looky here! Holly found my long lost wedding video in all the old vhs videos from Hannagan. I am so excited, but now I have to convert it to DVD so I can actually watch it.
Hope that's not expensive....

And then today I heard someone in the background say, "Well, alright then."
I knew only one man who said that phrase, in that tone, Steve Service. I jumped up to see who had done the perfect imitation of Steve and was taken back by the fact it was Steve. Duh, Roseanne. I just didn't know he was in town. And speaking of Steve's phrases, check out Dad's "Classic" grin with the teeth! :)

And last but not least the corn dog came in last night covered in ketchup...
that is until the kids started screaming/crying and I realized he was dripping with blood, ...from his eye!
He got slashed by Mom & Dad's cat Harley, on the inside of his eye lid right on the eyeball and lid. Gross! By the amount of Blood I thought he was going to the vet first thing this morning, but after I checked him out & saw no vitreous fluid drainage, I feel he's looking much better and I'm sure it will heal as long as he doesn't get it infected! Bleh.
The not so joys of animal ownership......

Roseanne, I can convert that onto DVD if you want. I can do it on my VHS/DVD player. If you want to you can bring it to Alan & MaryAnn's on Memorial Day.
