bye bye pool

The pool table we got last July has been sold, by me, as I said it would be from day one. Now I know I sound like a turkey but let me set this up for you.

From day one I knew:

1) We wouldn't play it!

2) It would take up soo much room!

3) It would collect junk left on it. (which was true not of junk but of clean laundry.)
4) It was way to heavy to move into another room!

If I wanted a gianormous folding table then I'd buy a gianormous house to let it have it's own room, not the front room where everyone could see our folded laundry!

Anyways, I was able to sell it for $300 so I'm happy to see it wasn't a total loss.

Bye bye pool table I miss you not!

Now I have room for my dreams of a new couch, new chairs, new area rug and even new french doors into the den. Ahhh, progress. It only took me almost year to 86 the pool table. I hope phase 2 goes a bit faster!

I think I'll look into a storage shed for this money to store all the things that I'd like to get out of the house....
