It's beginning to look like Christmas...

When I think of that song I think of Capital Steps version singing "It's beginning to look like Warren Christopher's ...foreign policy.."
I had a weird childhood, if you didn't know...Thus I married someone full of normal holiday cheer....I just didn't know how chalked full of cheer he was going to be this year.



For example: I sent him to the store and he came back with all this:



Then he starts making Christmas candy...all our kids and neighborhood kids joined in too! The master Inspecting his work...

Making Ginger bread...from scratch...

He put up our nativity...

And then he went full on Martha Stewart on me by hanging garland with bows and then bought a Christmas rug!! He then found a place online called Pandora where you can listen to your style of holiday music...Tres choose classic Christmas...and he then lit a cinnamon candle!! Tres I love you and all your holiday cheer!!

It's definitely feeling a lot like Christmas!!!

(It's silly how much just the candle and the music really makes that Christmas spirit come to life in your house!)


Here's my contributions: I hung the outside lights, and decorated the baby. (Talk about role reversal!!)

I also sewed 2 more stockings....Kaden and Melody....
