a Storm and Walking

Well, we had a big dust storm. When you see them roll in they look like "The Nothing" from the Never Ending Story. So here is a photo of the drama.


Also, today Granty Panty walked! Just 8 days before his first birthday the little guy walked over to me from the toilet and I was shocked! So we've been passing him back and forth for the last few hours. It will still take about 2 more weeks before he decides to use walking as a main form of transportation. His cubby legs are so funny to watch as they wiggle and wobble each step. He was so pleased with himself that he tried to walk across the entire room but tripped and hit his noggin at the last step. Soon I'll be running after the little guy.
