A tribute to my 11th year of Scouting

Some of the best memories I have involve scouting and I am a female!!
I am so grateful for all the moments that being involved in scouting this year has blessed my life.

Whether it was at a rain gutter regatta or a district camporee....

teaching at Baden Powell University with the former General Young men's president of the church....

or making my son's arrow of light

putting on a cub scout day camp

or running an 11 yr old Scout camp

scouting is always close by reminding me that they are little for such a short time...

It also reminds me that I need to push my limits like I did camping at Stake camporee in 30 degree weather!

and 30 degrees again up at Camp Raymond as I attended Wood Badge.

Wood badge will remain always as the pinnacle of endurance and learning for me in my scouting career.

There was so many fun memories that I will always cherish!
AND
While I was a legoland with the kids... I was overjoyed to find a small set up devoted to SCOUTING!!

Kaden won Best in Show at his pinewood Derby! He was so proud!

and last but not least I got 2 awards, one Scouter of the Year and the District Award of Merit. I felt so surprised and grateful for such a wonderful organization I get to be apart of. I love scouting!
