I was recently released as the Stake Primary President and I though, wow, it's probably time to update this blog. I mostly do this for my children.
IT's like a living journal but more fun because it has lots of pictures.
Here is Zack and me on a 9 mile walk to the Gilbert Temple!
And then our family minus Zack who went to mountain man
Abby is now in 7th grade, taking piano and about to go to Moroni's quest. She also attended Time to Blossom last year.
After her recital she sat down to Santa and got really cozy taking forever to explain the giant pile of presents she will be expecting this year.... its like she knows Santa personally or something...lol!
Santa doesn't appear to be ammused...$$$$
He is still going strong in football as well. He is a junior and was the starting center for offence, he snapped the ball and protected the QB so well that he helped take them all the way to the state semi finals!!
The whole family came to watch the BIG STATE SEMI FINAL GAME!
Zack is also the Co-President of his Seminary Class!
Zack also plays on the school soccer team as GOALIE!
Sophomore year picture:
and as usual I embarrassed Zack to no end by being decked out in Team Spirit gear to the max!
Kaden is super helpful and kind as per usual! Straight A student and on the Principal List award for every quarter. He is so very sweet. Best 2nd grader on the planet. He recently was named Leader of the Month by his elementary, which is a high honor.
Story time: So Grant had a kid at school who would punch him in the tummy every day. Grant finally told us what was happening. We asked him if it was ok and we contacted the teacher. He told us it happened at recess when no one was looking it didn't hurt as much as it emotionally bothered him. We finally gave him the talk that it is OK to defend yourself. The next day when the kid punched him, Grant punched the kid in the face. The kid cried but oddly enough now they are good friends.
Go FIGURE!
Grant was also picked to do an amazing solo of "Oh Holy Night" for the school Christmas Concert.
Here is a picture of him with Mr.P the music teacher.
Miss Melody is in first grade and rocking out with HONOR ROLL!
This is the best picture ever! *below* Its totally Melody all the way! She likes her hair down with no holders of any kind and she is always creating a storm of wackiness where ever she goes.
One might call her head strong but I call her a future leader!!
We did so much this last year.
We had fun on a family hike. I go on this hike with Bonnie every other week. 5 miles baby!
Tres was busy running the company and growing a very long beard to be the best Santa ever!
We went to the temple with our daughter as a family and did baptisms for the dead. And as per the norm, she had to make a weird face.
We had a fun Christmas as I yet again coerced my children and their one cousin into doing the nativity!! YES!! Mom for the win!!
We went to church... LOTS AND LOTS OF CHURCH!! lol!
Our dogs had babies:
We ran our company all summer long 24 hours straight some days...summers are brutal but its time to make some school gear!
My sister Bonnie and I do all the work at these school vendor events!
I made lots of School boards for teachers, here is just a few:
We bought a 3 acre property!
Whewh....lets hope this covers it all....

You are always amazing! Love you all. I hope Grant no longer runs backwards and forwards in front of visitors in his underpants :-)
