Abs at Activity days made a paper heart to heart attack the Bishops office with the girls tonight! soo fun!
And Anyways...I'm sure you heard through the Facebook grapevine that I'm the new Primary President. When I told someone I was stepping down from PALS (our school's PTA) They responded with "why, being a primary president isn't that hard..."
I wasn't sure how to take that. One way would be like saying you're a baby and can't handle stuff, the other is saying we need your help and for someone as cool as you, you could handle both.
I guess I'm a glass is half full kind of person so I'll take it for a compliment!
I felt bad in some ways like I'm ditching out on a committment I made to the school or something then I think...uh guess what, I got the job by default anyways!!! haha!
In all seriousness, I feel at peace with my decision and I know I made the right choice to put the Lord's work first. I'm still in the "deer in the headlights" stage but I'm sure I'll make it through. Jennifer (the last primary pres.) has been a support to me even though she suffers through her tough pregancy. I just love her with all my heart and am so glad I got a chance to get to know her!!
I get crazy over thinking about all that I need to get accomplished but I just keep thinking over and over that phrase: The future is as bright as your faith. .................AND I'm banking on it!!!

Roseanne..... congrats on the new calling! I was just released as 1st councilor... in October! We were in almost 4 years! I was the "old lady" in the presidency.... but that's o.k.
As they say it's a calling that will put hair on your head... or your chest which ever works! LoL.... Enjoy, things have changed... there aren't any more Quarterly activities so that helps a bit... but I'm sure it will keep you a tad bit busy! Aunt Jean
