Yup, DISNEYLAND and CALIFORNIA ADVENTURE!!!
We were supposed to be here in June but alas my surgery made that a no go. It was all for the best because the day we had scheduled was the day of that earthquake....ya that would have scarred the kids for life!!
But this time of the year was FABULOUS! The kids had fall break so we went on a Thursday and it was AWESOME! Perfect weather, lines were not very long, and it was all decked out Halloween style!!
The line to splash mountain was ZERO because we went there right as it opened. They actually asked us if we wanted to ride again with out getting off.

The only down side: Every meal was nearly $100.00 if you don't believe me just look at this lunch ticket...
But just look at that face! The $30 dollars we spent on just a snack of churros was worth the happy fun day...
Then everyone wimped out on California Screaming except the Dynamic Duo who LOVED IT!!
After all that fun... We drove down to San Diego and Spent the day there. We stopped by the temple.... and spent the day at the beach...(picts not yet uploaded)
Then came back just in time for the Championship Flag Football game off of 51st ave and Thunderbird....talk about a drive, I thought I was going back to Cali!
Sadly, they lost but it was really close (2 points) and fun to watch!! Zack snagged 3 flags and played both offence and defence.
Melody and Kaden had fun...but I am wiped out!!
I find I hardly have time to do blogging as much as I used to but rest assured that as soccer and football ends here you will be seeing much more of me around. Who knows!?

Yea! I was looking forward to when you were going to blog about the trip...is is just me, or do all the kids look older in those pics, including Ben?

did you get in trouble for taking a picture of jack the pumpkin king in haunted mansion? they always get me when I take pictures on rides...over the loud speaker "no flash photography.." haha Yeah Disney Food is outrageous! we pack one lunch and eat a huge continental breakfast at the hotel before leaving, then we only have to pay for dinner at the park..and a few churros and ice creams :)
That looks so fun. I am very happy for your family to get such a cool trip. I went to disneyland when I was 8 and never forgot it. What great memories for the kids! You are definitely a super cool and fun mom.
