When will the madness end??

We've been busy as usual...
Swimming at Grandma's and Swinging kids.
Grandma sewing a beautiful princess dress!

BUT then...

I was so worried!!! Cubmaster Tres came home yesterday with a temp of 102!! What was I gonna do?? But even still pack meeting went on with out him thanks to Bro. Sheerer!! What a life saver!Pack meeting was soo fun as we had our own mini camp complete with campfire! Don't forget the tinfoil smores!!

And then...

Today I took Sage and her friend Christina down to Saguaro lake. I had planned on taking them to Pebble beach at the river but decided against it after having a bad feeling about it (small kids and currents ...hmm maybe not...). As we drove home we had to stop for 6 police and fire rescue with sirens blaring towards the river ...soo I'm gonna say thank goodness we skipped the river!

Besides where are these kids gonna find lots of mud to chuck at each other...! Just ask Zack and the twins!
Ben was excited, mostly because of the tadpoles he found!

Grant... happy! This kid just looks weird in this pict!

Kaden not totally feeling all that well, but happy for this pict.

All in all a happy family of kids and ALL thanks to my brother Jacob who came with me to serve me as nanny!! yeah!

If you ever wonder where we go at Saguaro here's my fav. semi secret spot:
Take US 60 going east and then go north on the 2o2, get off on University, take your first left (north) on Ellsworth. Take it all the way down to Bush highway and then turn right (East) on Bush Highway.
Stay on Bush all the way past the river and the main Saguaro lake turn off. When you see a sign for Butcher Jones Rd. take that right (East). About 2 miles later you will arrive at a picnic area complete with potty services and right on the lake! Take your easy up canopy for the best way to stay less red and baked!!!
*DON'T FORGET*
Anytime you go to the river or to any lake you need to stop at buy a Tonto parking pass ($4). You can get them at any gas/convenience store. The consequences of not doing this is a parking ticket about $10 to $20 dollars.
Enjoy my semi secret spot!!
Ps. if you are wondering about Tres... He had a blessing today by his dad and my brother. He has a doc appt tomorrow. He is still running a fever. Poor guy!
