A VERY FULL DAY!!

My day started at 8:00am at the big belt loop and pin convention for cub scouts. Zack and Ben earned like 7 belt loops and 3 pins! We could have done more but even a scout enthusiast like me has her limits!
Here's Zack pulling his famous Wallace and Grommet smile... I love my chipmunk cheeked 1o year old!!

It was really neat... but to be there for 2 1/2 hours with out breakfast was not my best call... Here's Ben making a molecule!! He had so much fun he didn't want to leave!Then from 3pm to 5pm it was Zack's 10th B-day party! There was 12 boys and 6 girls total!! Of coarse that did count Abby and Grant with thier 3 friends. What a crew! Grant was so happy his friend was there!We played tons of football! The real unsung hero today was Robert my brother in law! He did so much with all the boys and did I get one pict of him in all his self sacrificing glory, NO! DERN IT!One of the dad's we've known since Zack was in Kindergarten brought a fun treat, Shooting off rockets!! That was SOO much fun!
Two awesome Lego gifts plus $120 in gift cards and $35 in cash = one happy Zack! It helps when he gets a Hoops and Yoyo card, Those are his favorite!!

And speaking of hams..... Too cute!

Then later.... what do we see...yes!! Mommy was right again... It wasn't an ear infection just another tooth! I love being right... well who doesn't?

Then from 6pm-9pm we hosted the Pinewood Derby weigh in! The pict may look like an exercise in drug use but really it's metallurgy. Tres melts lead in an old spoon and pours in it to holes on the underside of the derby cars to make them weigh perfectly.
Weewh! I 'm ready for bed!

My only regret,

NOT going to see Tyler and Teresa's baby again today!!!! She's sooo precious!!
