Tonight's bedtime

I don't need a child psychologist degree to know

my kids are goofy!

For example....

Me: I'm gonna tickle you!!

Grant: (very serious) Don't mom

Me: why? What will happen?

Grant: I will die.

Me: die?

Grant: Ya mom if you tickle me a lot of times

I will bleed and I will die.

Me: I could never do that. I love you tooo much!

~hug kiss~

Grant: Don't put me on a pirate ship, OK?

Me: uh OK...
(What the...??)

I think this may have to do with something he watched on tv or a game he played with friends or a dream.....I think that kids can kind of get an idea in their head and obsess about it. This is my theory anyway. Or, maybe he heard the conversation you had where you discussed selling him as a slave to pirates (yeah, he's totally on to you)
