1 mom, 4 kids and Camping in the desert!
doesn't that sound like fun??
Thankfully I went with my wonderful neighbors and thier family.
Tres was really bummed that he had a couple of huge deadlines Saturday and couldn't come. He practically begged me not to go because he thought it would be too hard with a new baby and 3 kids. It wasn't easy but it was actually a lot of fun!!
Or should I say divertido!

There was 14 bodies altogether. 4 could speak Spanish and English. 3 spoke only spanish. 6 spoke only English, and 1 is of coarse not yet speaking (Kaden).My espaniol es muy mal!
Zack was nicknamed the scorpion king... he caught 2 of them!!!
Hiking was fun with all the huge hills these 2 pict are from the nearby hill one is of our camp ground and the other is of our neighbor's kids.
Grant and Abby had a blast! I love our huge swiss army tent!!
The quads were awesome! This kids had so much fun! Little dare devil Abby wanted Shayda to go faster!!

Here's Grant earning his nickname as "El Canator" for his lovely songs he made up and sang to the whole group as we went from kid to kid having them sing songs. It was so cute. One of Grant's songs was" I love you, you love me, Happy Mother's Day!"
This is a pict of a very COLD baby! The first night was a bit too warm the second was WAY too cold. Aunt Sage bought Zack this small sleeping bag when he was three and BOY did it come in handy for Kaden. It SAVED MY LIFE!
See how happy he is... he was the only one who didn't wake up during the night from the cold. THANK - YOU - SAGE!

I went camping with out my husband once.......IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN!!! I am glad to hear that your experiance was much better.
Funny thing is that Paul set up our tent Sat. night in the backyard for the kids (way cold)

My husband loves camping. I do not. Well, actually I don't mind as long as it is not tent camping. I am more of an RV kind of girl. I like my nature moderated by the convienience of civilization.
YOU ARE AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! You have a baby and you still go camping! WOW. I am 100% shocked and impressed.... most girls are too afraid to even go camping and not with a baby. I want to go, too. We should all go sometime!
