The holiday started off the day finding me at the gym. On a stationary bike at mile 11 I look over to the tv an in horror watch the Nathan's Hot dog eating contest. What a freaking grotesque way to celebrate a holiday! The couple next to me started laughing and said to me "We are so in the wrong place to be watching this!" BLECH!!
But the day got better as we headed next door to the neighbors for swimming and BBQ. I stayed FAR away from the hot dogs....
I stayed a cool as one can be in our nasty weather under the pop up canopy.
The kids had a blast and got a bit burnt!
Then we went in and I did some crafts with the kids. We face painted and made beach bracelets.
Then my family all came over. Trisha painted my toenails. She painted Abby's too but Grant was feeling left out sooo... against Tres' wishes he got painted too.
Abby and Tres broke in our new couches and then they all went outside to see fireworks from the roof. All in all an eventful day!

Tres woke up in the middle of the night and told me another gem: "Frozen equipment blows frozen air..." I told him as usual to go blow air somewhere else so I can sleep!

Good times- BBQ and swimming! That's 4th of July fun! Love the painted faces.
We have the perfect set up to digital scrapbook. Our husbands can teach us all their tricks. Although, I actually have learned some stuff Ray didn't even know! haha! I use Photoshop Elements. It's pretty basic, but that means less to learn! I can give you tons of websites when you are ready to enter the addicting land of digiscrapping!
My baby Camille was a week late, so I know how you are feeling. COME OUT BABY! NOW!
well the counter now reads 40 weeks pregnant...urrrgg im sawy :) heads up!
