Well Cousin Melisa mentioned that we have more fun than a bucket of monkeys around here. I would have to agree with her. But mostly the fun is all yours as most of my daily happenings are just plain bad for me but make for great stories.
Like just when you think you've learned it all about parenting....
Abigail was so sick late last night that we knew she needed a nasal decongestant to get to sleep. So Tres in his sleepiness read that she needed 2 Tbs but it actually read 2 tsp! She awoke every hour to drunken shenanigans of weird moments like waking up and: getting on her knees and spinning around on them, yelling about how I stole her egg, running off dizzily into the living room away from Tres because he was "too strong", or just sitting up and woozily burping over and over again. It finally all ended when she threw up! Nice huh!
We will never do that again! Our poor baby girl! She is looking much better today aside from a runny nose.
Now on to the good news:
I painted my whole bedroom, no I mean it. The walls, the bed board, the entertainment hutch, the mirror, Grant's hair (yes as an accident) so just about EVERYTHING was painted. Once we put up the crown molding next Saturday I'll post a pict. Also the Plaid performance will be posted on here by Friday! Woo Hoo! And as if that wasn't enough good news for ya....
At long last the Day of miracles is here! Yes folks we have a name for our baby!!!!
Tres wanted Aaden and I wanted Jayden, or Jarom but we finally picked Kaden. We have decided to name our baby Kaden Jacob Service. Jacob after the two uncles. I know it's a new trendy-ish name but I think It's good. I haven't yet carved it in stone but so far It's what I like. My colors for the room are light blue, Light brown (Tan), Dark brown (chocolate).
I'm exctied for the baby now that the naming hurdle is over!
