The very best EASTER!

Friday morning we decorated Easter eggs! Grant decorated himself and drank some blue coloring water. The Ben unit followed suit and spilled the green color on his space. But I remembered this from last year so I put down several old towels we use for car washes and it worked great.

On Saturday morning Goose and I filled 200+ water balloons. The boys had a water balloon launcher to which they tried to put to use against the evil arch enemy Tres who deviously jumped up on the roof and hosed all the kids down. (As kids go we had: Ben, Zack, Abby, and Grant, Bella, Jasmine, their cousin's: Adrian & Cheetha.)

Then we had the 2 nd annual Official Easter Egg hunt O' Rama!

The kids crawled over every nook and crannie for well over a hundred eggs!

They really got into it and many eggs were found and I am still finding them when I do my gardening.

Then following tradition, we finished up by going swimming next door. Check out the sweet mid air jump of kids with Goose. We had a wonderful Easter celebration.

Then next day, Sunday (actual Easter) we went to my parents church to listen to my dad sing "Divine Redeemer". We then had a early dinner at 2pm with Holly, Jake, Mckenzie, Tyler, Teresa, Bonnie, Jacob, Trisha, Robert, Goose, Ben, my Grandma, My parents, and Diane. Tres made chicken cordon blue. It was totally taste tastic and we had strawberry shortcake for dessert. Boy do I have to stay away from that!!

It was the best Easter I've ever had.
