Well, what have I been up to lately.... well my best friend Kristina went into labor 3 1/2 weeks early. Her baby shower was meant to be this saturday whilst baby was still in utero. We will still have the party Kristina or no. She went into the hospital around 11pm on tuesday. She had a c-section around 5pm on wednesday. They found that her little 5lb 12oz baby was trying really hard to come out ear first which is why they decided to go c-section.
So here is a picture of Adam all scrubbed up for the big moment and I couldn't resist posting this on the internet! We had a pool going on if he was going to pass out again and it was up to $50. But he pulled through and now is a bit richer. Maybe you could put it twords renewing your green card you canadian hoser!
The entire birthing process was probably the most hilarious 24 hours I've ever been through!! I was laughing so hard from all of the jokes, antics and one liners that I had chest pains that still feel sore! But, I was so thankful that my mom and trisha could watch my kids so I could be there. Kristina is the most funny woman when she's in labor & the jokes never stopped. We had her laughing at one point so hard it messed up some of the readings from the medical equipment.
Well, alls well that ends well, and the new bundle looks just like his big brother Brandon, who couldn't make the visit afterwards because he was running a fever of 102. Poor guy! I told him not to worry and that he's got his whole life to see his new baby brother, but that wasn't much consolation to a 5 year old!
